Twenty years, two kids, countless memories, a few tussles about who was actually right, plenty of laughter, a whole lot of grace, and somehow, we still really like each other (most days)!
What started as a hallway conversation between a freshman girl and a smooth-talking varsity football player at Grand Prairie High School has turned into a love story neither of us could have imagined.
Through every season, growing up, building a family, chasing dreams, navigating life, and becoming the people we are today, we've continued to choose each other. And now, 20 years into marriage, we think that's something worth celebrating!
So we're heading to beautiful Jamaica to say “I still do.”
And the best part? We want to celebrate with the people who have loved us, laughed with us, prayed for us, supported us, and been part of our journey along the way.
This isn't just a vow renewal. It's a celebration of love, friendship, family, faith, longevity, and the beautiful life we've built together.
So pack your bags, bring your dancing shoes, and get ready for a little romance, a lot of fun, and probably a few stories that should've stayed in the 99-2000's.
